In the quiet town of Resovia, a reclusive cat lady is discovered dead in her kitchen, the cause of death: poison. Inspector Wojcik and Detective Sergeant Farnicki from the local police department are stumped; the woman lived a life of solitude, with no friends or family to offer clues. Just when their investigation hits a dead end, they receive a phone call from a woman who worked with the cat lady twenty years ago. However, the woman is strangled before Wojcik and Farnicki have a chance to talk to her. This murder brings them closer to uncovering the secret about the cat lady’s hidden life.
