Riven Ash should have died. In a world where hesitation means death, survival is not about strength, but about how much you are willing to change. When Riven dies, he doesn’t stay dead. He wakes up again, thrown back into the same broken world that tried to kill him, but something is different. Each death forces a choice, and every choice changes him. His body grows stronger, his senses sharpen, and his chances of survival increase, but nothing comes without a cost. With every adaptation, something is taken. Colors begin to fade from his sight. Pain slowly loses its meaning. The emotions that once made him human start slipping away, replaced by something colder and far more dangerous. As Riven fights to survive, he begins to realize that this is not a second chance. It is a process. Something is watching him, testing him, pushing him further with every death. The more he adapts, the less human he becomes, and the closer he gets to understanding the truth behind it all. But by the time he reaches that truth, there may be nothing left of the person he once was.
