The Empire is wounded. Its war machine is starving. Its ranks are being bled dry. After the Battle of Yavin, Emperor Palpatine orders an expedition into the Unknown Regions to search for raw materials in order to make up for the loss of the Death Star. When the planet Earth is discovered, the capture of its valuable resources becomes a top priority. The only problem? Earth's people won't go down without a fight.
