Title: Godblin: The Scourge Reforged

Title: Godblin: The Scourge Reforged

Logline: A god who created a disgusting race of monsters out of pure, aesthetic contempt is punished by the Worldseed Loom and reborn as a newborn goblin. Stripped of his divinity but retaining his mind, he must now lead the race he loathed from the lowest monster nest to the throne of civilization, or his soul will be unraveled forever. In the celestial workshop, Kaelen the World-Weaver was an artist of the highest order. His masterpiece was Aethelgard, a world of dizzying beauty: immortal elves who sang forests into being, stout dwarves who carved mountains into poems of stone, and noble humans whose short lives burned with heroic fire. Kaelen cherished his creations, walking among them in disguised avatars, basking in their art and valor. But every great work needs a shadow, a source of low-level conflict to temper heroes. For this, Kaelen wove the Godblins. He designed them not with the care of a creator, but with the disgust of a critic. Small, green, with faces only a mother could loathe, they were driven by a singular, monstrous biological imperative: to reproduce exclusively by kidnapping and impregnating females of other humanoid races. Kaelen saw them as nothing more than a narrative tool—vermin to be slaughtered by his beloved heroes, a stain to make the bright threads of his world shine brighter. His hatred was not born of trauma or reason; it was a pure, divine contempt for something he found unspeakably ugly. The Worldseed Loom, the impartial engine of all godly creation, took note. Here was not a necessary predator, but a blasphemous design, a race infused with a creator’s active malice. The sentence was swift and poetically cruel. The Loom seized Kaelen’s divine spark, tore his soul from his celestial form, and wove it deep into Aethelgard’s tapestry. Kaelen awoke not to heavenly light, but to the stench of afterbirth and rot. He was a Godblin whelp, the most pathetic, despised creature in his own perfect world, cradled in the filth of a monster birthing-den. A cold, systemic voice, the last echo of the Loom’s judgment, imprinted a directive onto his very soul: “Worldseed Directive: Uplift the Godblin Race. Evolve. Civilize. Rewrite the threads of their destiny. Failure: Soul unraveled into non-existence. Success: Divinity restored.” Now, Kaelen must do the impossible. With the mind of a world-building god and the body of the weakest monster, he must rise from the darkest pits of Aethelgard, master a brutal evolution system, and find a way to turn a species of rapacious vermin into a people worthy of the light—all while evading the heroes and adventurers he himself designed to exterminate them.
