GRIDLOCK:ZERO

GRIDLOCK:ZERO

In this city, citizenship is tied to your Level. Drop to Level 0, and your life-support shuts off. Pay the daily XP tax, or flatline. Kiki survives the lethal, neon-lit slums by a single, cynical rule: trust no one, kill fast, and hoard every drop of XP. She's just cornered the ultimate cheat code—an illegal Glitchblade class that exploits the System's errors. It's her one-way ticket to the top. Then Pau crashes through the ceiling. Pau is a street-level scavenger with zero combat stats, a legion of corporate cyborgs on their tail, and terrible luck. When a stray plasma round hits the artifact, the System violently crashes. Instead of just granting Kiki the class, the glitch forcefully merges her life-support timer and XP pool with Pau's. If Pau takes a hit, Kiki bleeds. If Pau's timer hits zero, Kiki dies. Now, literally chained to a pacifist, Kiki has to fight her way through the lethal, monster-infested dimensions of the Grid to find a way to sever the leash. But they aren't just running from heavily augmented bounty hunters anymore. The untouchable System Administrator has noticed the anomaly in his code. And he doesn't just patch glitches. He wipes them from existence. Two players. One health bar. Zero room for error.
