In Misery Hill, people learn early: don’t drive the prairie roads after sunset. Some disappear. Some come back wrong. And some never leave at all. When Doiriann meets Dolores inside a hospital during a code blue evacuation, something ancient and invisible awakens between them. Her voice feels familiar. Her touch feels remembered. And the closer he gets to her, the more reality begins to fracture around him. The nearby town whispers about strange disappearances, abandoned roads, underground tunnels, and a silence that seems to breathe beneath the prairie winds. But the real horror may not be the town itself. It may be the impossible need to return to someone you know will destroy you. The Silent Hill of the Prairie is an atmospheric psychological horror novel about obsession, emotional haunting, fate, memory distortion, and the dangerous comfort of being understood by the wrong person.
