Velara was once considered the most beautiful world in the known galaxy. Its people were deeply connected to one another, their power sustained through the Amber Reef –– a living structure that extends from the planet itself, which transformed the Velarans into the most valued species in the galaxy. But paradise is easier to maintain when no one remembers the truth. When Numa discovers forbidden archives hidden deep within the Old Tower, she uncovers the existence of a planet erased from Velaran history: Earth. The discovery changes everything. Haunted by visions she cannot explain and pursued by forces determined to keep the past buried, Numa begins unraveling secrets tied to the Reef, the High Council, and the carefully constructed history her people were raised to believe. The deeper she searches, the more she begins to realize something is terribly wrong with Velara.
