In a city slowly collapsing under the control of hidden organizations and long-buried experiments, Arthur lives as a man haunted by a past he cannot escape. After failing to save a little girl during a tragic incident, guilt becomes the shadow that follows him everywhere, pushing him to interfere in a mysterious operation that ends with the theft of a human heart preserved inside a sealed medical container. But the heart is no ordinary organ. During his escape, Arthur crosses paths with Victor, a cold and calculating operative working for a secret organization that has been searching for the heart for years. Despite the hostility between them, the two soon find themselves hunted by something even more terrifying: the Shadow Hunters, a ruthless group that leaves no witnesses behind. The closer Arthur gets to the heart, the more impossible things begin to happen. Memories that do not belong to him flood his mind—operating rooms, distant screams, and people erased from history itself. And with every answer they uncover, a far more terrifying question emerges: Who did this heart belong to… and why is it still beating? Caught between betrayals, deadly pursuits, and forbidden human experiments, Arthur and Victor are forced into an uneasy alliance in a world where trust means death. But as they fight to survive, something inside the heart begins to awaken—something that could change everything they know about life and death.
