Hollow Sovereign

Hollow Sovereign is the story of Ren Ishida, a boy who dies on Earth after being betrayed and reincarnated in Eryndor, a post apocalyptic world shaped by Veil Essence, a force connected to evolution and consciousness. Humanity is contained in fortress nations and outside the Veyrith grow, monsters of the failed ascension of man, across ruined lands. The slum-born Ren grows up learning Aura combat and survival skills, while still clinging to memories of his past life. He meets Lyra, a girl with a strange connection to the First Veyr, an ancient Ascendant tied to the very origins of humanity. Amid political corruption, war and secret experiments, Ren awakens the Hollow Sovereign within him, an entity that eats away at his humanity as his powers grow . The story deals with his struggle between connection and transformation as the world collapses into ever more evolutionary conflict.
