Tang Portal: Industrial Revolution in Ancient China

Tang Portal: Industrial Revolution in Ancient China

by FlexHu

AdventureFantasyHistoricalKingdom BuildingLitRPG

Chen Wei was a chemical engineer who died in a lab explosion. He woke up in the body of a seventeen-year-old orphan—in Tang Dynasty China.          The villagers think he's possessed. They try to burn him alive. He escapes.          But Chen Wei has something no one in this century has: modern engineering knowledge. With it, he'll build gunpowder, cement, glass, steam engines—and a new home for the "Blessed," people with strange abilities hunted by the Empire.          Mei controls fire but has been burned at the stake three times. Lin reads the wind and was about to be drowned. Tie can shape metal with his bare hands. Wen makes plants grow with a touch.          They're not cursed. They're the industrial revolution.          When the Northern Tribes invade with 3000 riders and the Empire demands submission, Chen Wei has a choice: bow to tradition or build a fortress that will change history.          Release schedule: 3 chapters per week.
