In a world where power is inherited through bloodlines, Kael has nothing. Twenty-two years old, second class, two years into a dead-end job at a plastic molding factory in the Gray Ring — the slum belt that encircles the only city where multiple races coexist under a fragile, mimicked peace. No family. No future. He learned long ago to keep his head down and his mouth shut. After discovering his powers and becoming a first class citizen, he now has to learn how to navigate in a world that defies his every instinct and way of life. Navigating his way between the elite of various races without offending the very people that with a single word could take his life. Uninvited Lifethread is a grimdark progression fantasy about a man who was born with nothing, discovered the power to take everything, and must decide whether to become a healer, a parasite, or something the world has never seen before.
