Lorendeium: a land blessed by Starlight, cursed by realities. In this world, Nana is a Wanderer: a person from another reality. She is not the only one, for many have been whisked into Lorendeium, delivered by anomalous storms called klasmics. While still human, Wanderers are also pure Starlight, able to naturally weave its energies into astramagica. In the past, Wanderers were few and far in between, defining Lorendeium's history through their powers. But 40 years ago, they began manifesting in droves, their larger presence affecting the continent and its people in ways seen and unseen. In the city state of Blumen, where native Lorens and wayfaring Wanderers coexist at the edge of Lorendeium's civilization, Nana seeks her purpose. Driven by the circumstances of her appearance, she is joined by Cael, a runaway noble with a fascination to halleum technology, and Michael, another Wanderer serving as her mentor. They start working as stormchasers - people who enter klasmics for riches, knowledge, and glory. To this end, they create the group Four Torches, and through their adventures, these Wanderers of Blumen leave their mark in the faerietales of Lorendeium.
