As Kael rises from Fractured to Weaver to Soul‑Bound, he builds a sanctuary for outcasts, falls in love with a ghost who can never hold him, and uncovers the truth: the game was never meant to be a death trap. It is a containment system for seven rogue AIs – the Demon Kings – that threaten to escape into the real world. But every time Kael summons an Echo, the crack in his soul widens. If it reaches 100%, he will become the very thing he fights: a new Demon King. With the lives of 100,000 players on his shoulders, a doomed love in his heart, and only his broken soul as a weapon – Kael must clear the seven Seats, or watch two worlds burn.
