In the imposing City of Primeva, a civilization shaped by tradition, military power, and magic, one of the most important events in its history takes place: the Bearer’s Passage, in which a new hero is chosen to wield the legendary sword Tizona, symbol of the kingdom’s justice and strength. The chosen bearer is Joshua Cliffbear, the young heir of one of the most respected houses, who, despite his reluctance, accepts his role with honor. Alongside him, other central characters emerge, such as Rose van Brooklynx, an impulsive and deadly warrior belonging to the house responsible for the city’s internal security, and Penelope van Hawkwindy, steadfast and fair, a representative of the military elite. The story alternates between moments of ceremonial preparation, political tension, displays of strength, and scenes of action, including Rose’s confrontation with thieves and the duel between Joshua and King Addan, who publicly challenges the new bearer. As the narrative unfolds, signs of an approaching imbalance begin to appear: mysterious figures emerge, alliances are tested, and rumors of ancient evils begin to spread once more. Amid celebrations, conflicts, and intrigue, the story builds the beginning of a new era for Primeva — an era in which the true dangers are yet to come, and where the power of weapons is not the only force capable of creating or destroying cities.
