Drew gets dice kun'd into a cozy fantasy village. He is Reborn: fated to become a hero. Only one problem. He's still just a regular bartender. Fortunately, he's exactly who Wynnie needs. The hapless ice mage runs the worst inn in town, and she's weeks from losing her business entirely. His background in hospitality could turn her life around. Yet when pirates threaten the coastline, Drew's D&D instincts kick in. With the help of Wynnie and a stern dragonkin constable, he wants to save the town using little more than service industry skills and indulgent ingenuity. But how could cocktails ever stand up to cutlasses? What to expect: - Almost wholesome and borderline cozy- Slower burn romance- A regular guy MC- Character growth What this ain't: - Waifu collecting- Gratuitous smut (but there is spice)- Alpha Chad grows OP in a new world- Systems, leveling, measurable power-ups Reader discretion is advised. Please note: 1. This is not AI. Some of the wording may be ham-fisted. There will almost certainly be typos. The cover is AI because the human-drawn versions I commissioned are too booby. 2. This is harem. I've tried to make that overwhelmingly obvious. It's slower burn, so find a nice chair and relax into it. 3. Harem is not my poorly concealed fetish. My wife likes romance stories where everyone gets along, so... here we are. 4. This fiction contains substance abuse (alcohol). It's a double-edged sword in this book. Lighthearted, sure, but with real questions about the safety of drinking. 5. Sex and violence. There's a decent amount of flirtation and description, but the explicit scenes are fade to black on Royal Road. Links will be available to read the full versions. Final notes: Book 1 is complete at 42 chapters/98k words. I'll update daily, M-F until it's done. This is getting an audiobook treatment by professional voice actors who run a D&D / TTRPG game (no, not that group). Book 2 is fully drafted and getting edits as we speak. You can read ahead on Patreon. Anyway, cheers, and enjoy!
