Supported by a grief-stricken Wonder Woman and an increasingly detached Martian Manhunter, the League formed the Global Concordat. They used Cyborg’s connectivity to monitor every conversation, the Green Lanterns to police every street, and Superman to neutralize any nation that resisted.​The world became a utopia, but it was a prison.
