"The world does not owe you anything. In fact, it was designed to take everything away."Aren Valek was born with a mind that didn't belong to a child. Armed with the logic of a past life and a scientific understanding of the elements, he spent his early years trying to weave a future of peace for his family. He thought that by sharing his gifts, he could protect those he loved. He was wrong. In a world governed by the cold cruelty of House Solaris, talent is not a blessing—it is a resource to be harvested. When the masks of nobility fell, Aren’s life was shattered. His father was lost to the steel, his siblings were turned into living tools, and he was cast into the abyss, discarded as a broken variable. But the abyss didn't claim him. Instead, it whispered. Now, as Aren infiltrates the very heart of the empire that destroyed his home, he no longer seeks just to survive. While he manipulates the shadows and rewires the runic foundations of the Mages' Guild, he begins to notice the cracks in the reality everyone takes for granted. The House Solaris is not the end of the web, but a mere silk thread.Aren started this journey to settle a debt of blood, but as he weaves the elements together, he is discovering a truth more staggering than betrayal: This world is not a natural occurrence, and the "System" everyone obeys is nothing more than a cage with a far more terrifying architect.
