The main character, Brooklyn, has been through some rough spots. She has. Does that stop her from being herself and living her life? No. That was until he appeared. He saw through her smiles, her tone, her wall. He took it all down and fixed her. Did he fix her though? Or did he break her more? Why him? The only one had to be him. Maybe this time Brooklyn will learn and protect her heart, or will this man barge through her defenses and trample over her heart?
