A Texas fabrication shop. A 4X System integration. And a shop floor full of blue-collar survivors. James Mercer thought the worst part of his Thursday was surviving another corporate layoff meeting at Beckett Fabrication. Then the System integrated Earth, sealing the property behind an impassable fog and carving the world into contested strategy tiles. Now, James and a surviving crew of welders, builders, and office workers must claim their territory, defend the perimeter, and turn heavy steel into fortifications before the horrors beyond the fog break through. The rules are simple: Explore. Expand. Exploit. Exterminate. But with his family trapped somewhere beyond the fog and workplace rivalries tearing the shop apart from the inside, survival will take more than just killing monsters. Because the deadliest threats aren't lurking in the fog... some were already waiting inside.
