Chris has one reason to run: his daughter. Chris’s daughter is dying. In a last gasp effort to raise money for her treatments, he runs an ultramarathon with her name on his shirt. He never crosses the finish line. Abducted by aliens mid-race, he’s dropped into a galaxy-wide spectacle: The Million Mile Death Race. He competes with better equipped, better prepared aliens, racing across the surfaces of other planets. The rules are stacked against him, and the aliens running the show expect him to die.
