In Castitas, there are no heroes. There is only Omega Squad: a covert unit of outcasts and misfits, used as cannon fodder by the highest echelons of the Church to fight a shadow war against demons. Their only lifeline in this cynical machine is an aging Cardinal. As their spiritual guide, he is the only one who sees them as souls to be healed, rather than mere weapons to be exploited.
Among them is Damiano, a young man tormented by addiction who summons an unstable blade of light, and Elena, a nun and ruthless captain, trapped within an armor of rigid rules to hide an unspeakable trauma. Two broken souls forced to fight side by side, each mirroring the other's pain.
Alongside a hacker ex-seminarian, a hulking giant battling repressed rage, and a cynical alchemist, they must thwart a new infernal conspiracy that threatens to devour Rome. But Castitas is more than just a dark urban fantasy of blood and exorcisms. It is a brutal journey through guilt and manipulation. It is the desperate search for connection by those robbed of their youth, in a world that values them only as weapons.
Can true purity be found in the deepest darkness?
