In a post-apocalyptic world where angels and demons rebuilt society after a forgotten war, giant mobile land cruisers roam wastelands filled with poison. Silas "sly" High — nickname "Red Fox" — is a white-haired, shameless, self proclaimed charming mercenary who always finishes jobs his own way. One day, Princess Mika von Filgia, a stubbornly optimistic princess with shining eyes, bursts into a bar looking for brave adventurers to join her on a dangerous quest to find the missing Messiah in the forbidden "Cradle" ruins. Silas decides this is too good an opportunity to pass up.
