EXODUS MANDATE

1300 years from now , earth is a Venus-like hellscape. Humanity survives on Nova-Terra a habitable, but resources -poor planet. To sustain their fragile civilization , they created the  Horizon-Compact a single unchallenged authority whose mandate is to explore, exploit and extract ( EEE) from the galaxy.     But the Compact has a dark secret. Their faster-than-light travel isn't perfect. It tears tiny holes into space time creating unstable "Drift-Echoes" regions where past, present and alien dimensions bleed together.
