In humanity's final days on Earth, over a thousand interstellar generation ships departed the Milky Way in search of a new home. Five vessels arrived in ARP-336, a distant polar ring galaxy, where humanity settled on the Earth-like planet Nanüva. Survival came at a devastating cost, bacterial outbreaks nearly wiped out the population, reducing humanity to a fraction of its original size and leaving Earth's history lost to time.
