The Witch's Curse

A witch's curse shapes the world of darkness. The cowardly king who falls into its grasp marks the beginning of this tale. Eleana, the daughter of a distant duke, dies at birth. Yet she draws breath regardless of whether by a mother's desperate plea, a father's boundless love, or divine punishment, no one knew. The rumoured witch enters the royal palace of Evirtan as a prospective bride of the crown prince. For the curse that had been placed upon him demanded he produce an heir - and so, he needed a bride. Twenty-six noble ladies from across the world had been invited to compete for that title. It is here, within those palace walls, that Eleana begins to uncover long-buried mysteries and discovers the truth of her own origins, all while searching for a way to save the kingdom from the darkness closing in around it.
