Heartless

Cam is a robot who can't feel love--he never could. He was never programmed to, what with not being able to have a heart implemented into his wiring. And he's fine with that. "Love" is a human emotion, anyway, and Cam is not human. He is astutely aware of that fact. Riley is a human who is a hopeless romantic, despite not having found "the one". But that's okay--he'll get there. Someday. Eventually. He'll probably have to stop being so trusting and falling into the arms of toxic manipulators for that to happen though. And then, by freak coincidence as Cam would put it, fateful kismit as Riley wouldput it, the two meet. And for the first time, Cam begins to wonder if being heartless is really all it's cracked up to be...
