"Fate tore them apart. She tore through reality to find him again." One hundred and fifty years ago, a Prince gave his life to save a kingdom, leaving an Elf Princess to raise their son in a world of golden light and eternal loneliness. She watched the years turn into decades, holding the "echoes" of the man she loved until her last duty on earth was finally fulfilled. But for an immortal, the grave is not an ending—it is a choice. Now, she has emerged from the void into a world she doesn't recognize. A world of biting Russian winters, neon lights, and a university where magic is a myth. Among the thousands of faces in the city of Kazan, she has found him. He has no crown, no memory of their vow, and no idea that a woman from a forgotten era has dragged her soul through time just to stand in his shadow.
