In a world where everyone levels from Experience, Kryos levels through hoarding. Kryos, a half-dragon, is cast out of the Drakemount at eighteen. He doesn’t gain power through Experience like everyone else on Vorunor, he levels up by collecting wealth in his hoard: silver, Artifacts, or anything else with monetary value he can get his greedy claws on. With nothing to his name, he joins the Quest Conclave—because Quests mean rewards, and rewards mean survival. But being a half-dragon makes every coin he earns suspect, and every move he makes watched. With only a sharp-tongued rogue willing to work with him, Kryos does the unthinkable . . . he builds a traveling Adventuring Guild. He has no territory and no safety nets. Just the road, the few allies he makes along the way, the rewards they can claim, and a hoard that’s starting to draw attention. What to Expect: - Kryos has a hoard-based progression system (power scales with wealth, not XP grinding).- LitRPG mechanics with visible stats, Classes, and Skills (status screens mostly delegated to end-of-chapter).- Tactical, team-based combat with defined party roles.- A mobile adventuring guild—traveling, contracts, and road-based progression (starts around 80,000 words in, after "Suncrest" Arc).- Character-driven story with meaningful choices and consequences.- No harem (single slow-burn romance sub-plot).- Slow-burn power growth with strong long-term scaling ending at level 100.- Multiple POVs (primarily Kryos, with Leona introduced early, and Vaelin 90,000 words in as the last rotating POV character).- Dungeon-like Rifts with varied mechanics (not just combat!).
