The gods have fallen silent, and the very threads of destiny are unraveling. The Moirai—the ancient Fates who control the destiny of all—have been robbed of their sacred Tools, leaving the future of both gods and men in the hands of a shadow known only as the Master. As the original Pantheon fades, their divine essences have sought refuge in the unlikely—the mortal, the reluctant, and the broken. From the shadows of Athens, a thief named Cas is coerced into a mission to retrieve a "precious chest" from a fortified manor in Corinth. In the depths of Cape Matapan, a lumberjack named Zale descends into the Underworld to claim a dark, empty throne. Across Greece, from the pirate captain Esteban and the noblewoman Kallista to the blacksmith Darius and the potter Lukas, new Vessels are waking up to marks they never asked for and powers they cannot yet control. The Master intends to use the stolen tools to unravel the tapestry of existence and usher in a "New Golden Age". As the Winter Solstice approaches, all paths lead to one city. They must converge, unite, and reclaim the threads of destiny before the Master burns the old world down to build one of his own. The Pantheon is reborn. The threads are spinning.
