She woke up in a dead queen's body. The Demon Queen of Vaelthorn had been assassinated the night before by her own court. The kingdom is quietly starving while noble houses grow fat. A foreign empire is pulling strings from the shadows. And everyone in the palace is expecting someone manageable to sit on that throne. They're about to be very disappointed. Armed with a lawyer's instincts, a demon queen's power, and a redistribution order someone already died to suppress, Maya has one goal: finish what the last queen started. No matter what it costs. The Obsidian Queen is a slow burn political isekai with a fierce female lead, reverse harem, kingdom building, and a mystery that goes deeper than anyone in the palace is prepared for.
