When thirteen-year-old Prince Adam awakens to the sound of chaos, his world is torn apart by a mysterious demon who destroys his entire village and castle. Forced to flee by his father, King Artur, Adam escapes with nothing but a box of gold and a desperate set of instructions: find the enigmatic old Jaga, who may hold the answers to his survival. But Adam’s journey takes an unexpected turn when he comes face to face with the very demon responsible for the destruction. Instead of killing him, the demon—who introduces himself as Damian—acts strangely kind, even protective. Confused and frightened, Adam is forced to travel alongside him as a new threat emerges: a relentless angel hunting them both. As they journey toward Jaga’s hut, secrets begin to surface. Damian hints at a past tied to Adam’s father and reveals a shocking truth—Adam is not just a prince, but the “king of the world,” though Adam has no memory or understanding of what that means. Their fragile alliance is tested when Jaga’s hut is suddenly destroyed in a violent explosion, leaving Adam injured and their path forward uncertain. Now hunted, wounded, and surrounded by unanswered questions, Adam must decide whether he can trust the demon who ruined his life—or if Damian is the only one who can help him uncover the truth about who he really is.
