Souls of Cogs and Clockwork

When Deacon Alegheny wakes up in a new unfamiliar world he learns quickly that the old rules of what is possible and what isn't don't apply. He is thrust into a world where gods wager the souls of their followers in a great game of chance and control all while protecting his own soul from being added to the pot. Will he side with the laws of order, the chaos of change, or forge his own path to power?
