by Gray W. Wolfe
In the shattered kingdom of Eternia, rebellion and tyranny clash as Queen Marlena seizes power with ruthless pragmatism, deploying a newly acquired weapon and forging dark alliances to crush dissent. Skeletor and Evil-Lyn, ever scheming, seek dominion through sorcery, while Catra’s ambition drives her toward perilous realms beyond Eternia. Heroes and villains alike blur in shades of gray. The rebels of Servota, the self-named Catra's Army, fight desperately for freedom as armies burn cities and crush the rebellion once and for all. A saga of war, betrayal, and survival, it reimagines the fate of Eternia where power devours all—and no one is innocent. WARNING: This is a grimdark deconstruction of the 80s cartoon.
