But the peace was a lie. Without guns, the violence simply changed shape. Biology started evolving rapidly and it's effects are shaping the world in an unstable way. More people are getting powers that turned them into living weapons. Now, this uncontrolled power has forced Cohesion to make some bloody decisions.
