Threadfall: Beyond Death, into Chaos

After suffering terribly from an illness that gnawed at his heart, convinced that he was merely a nobody who would leave no mark on the world, the young man, on the brink of death following a horrific event, is transported to a fantasy world awaiting its promised hero to stop the reincarnation of the demon lord. But a mistake in the summoning casts him into the whiteness of snow-capped mountains, far from the kingdom that summoned him, and far from the destiny written for him.  As the world searches for its lost hero, he finds himself, for the first time, searching for something he has never possessed... a reason to believe he is worthy of living for. So how will he spend his final days before his heart gives out in this strange world?
