In what is believed to be The Second Millennium, following the salvation of the God Mogu, amidst landscapes armed by nature itself, in an environment that oscillates between the primitive and a slightly more developed stage, the complex society of monkeys and humans flourishes. It is they who, through ancient Primate Dynasties, control and govern Mogushal, the first city of the world, with streets and roads bearing no signs of hunger or poverty. Recognized as the venerable Monkey-Masters, these ancestral beings possess an intimate connection with the four pillars of existence — Water, Earth, Fire, and Air. It is as if they were born with the essence of each one flowing through their veins, in perfect harmony. It is they, after all, who hold the noble mission of guiding humanity, teaching them the secrets of elemental energy and, with wisdom, designating their proper functions. In the land of Mogushal, the reigning Dynasty structured human society, dividing it into no less than twelve grand lineages, each composed of a type of elemental energy. Such families reside in carefully chosen districts. The truth is that only the Monkey-Masters held complete mastery over the four elements. However, by virtue of blood ancestry, each human family lineage draws upon one of the natural elements as their primary resource. The Eres, Zolarhis, and Sang'Tauris command Fire. The Kanjis, Zhymbias, and Bahys command Water. The Omyn, Mwabas, and Qwa-Hwa-Hin command Air. The Taurs, Angs, and Kaurisans command Earth. The importance of the Dynasty, therefore, lives through the maintenance of order and the observance of laws carved in stone, while humanity proves indispensable in keeping the city not merely standing, but unwavering in its essence.
