Gael doesn't believe in destiny—he believes in numbers. And numbers don’t lie. So when a cosmic screw-up by the Goddesses of Fortune gives him "perfect" luck, he quickly realizes it's not a blessing—it’s a death sentence. Thanks to the universe's twisted Law of Equivalent Exchange, every stroke of luck demands a brutal price. If he survives, someone else won’t. A missed bullet, a sudden accident, a life erased just to keep the balance. Now an ancient god wants him dead, divine assassins are closing in, and the very force that should make him untouchable is turning the world around him into collateral damage. Gael isn’t a hero. He’s a problem-solver. Armed with physics, probability, and ruthless logic, he starts weaponizing his cursed luck—bending outcomes, predicting chaos, and turning inevitability into strategy. But when he's forced to work with the same goddesses who ruined his life—now trapped in fragile human bodies—the equation gets uglier. Because survival has a cost. And Gael must decide the exact number of lives he's willing to sacrifice… just to stay alive. Author's Note: This story is originally written by me in Spanish. I use translation tools to share Gael's story with the English-speaking community, which is why AI detectors might flag the text. However, the plot, characters, and world-building are 100% my own creation. Thanks for reading!
