"The Burning Spiral" Short Stories

A collection of short stories, for a story universe I'm tentatively calling "The Burning Spiral"I will be posting this on Royal Road, Wattpad, and Scribble Hub, but only there.The first one, a tale of humans discovering they really aren't alone in the universe, and that some problems are universal.The second, a mother having to explain to her daughter that their plane home needs emergency maintenance.If anyone has suggestions, I would love to hear them.Also, if I need to add or change a tag or genre please tell me.I hope there will be more to come, but I sadly cannot promise when.I do not have any solid update schedule as of yet, and I expect to be a while before I can make one.Holy crap I didn't expect it to take this long to get this all finalized and uploaded. I don't actually expect much need for the content warnings yet, but some of my short stories will contain mentions of slavery, usage of profanity and potential violence. Reader discretion is advised.
