The Moonbound Oath

When Elira ventures into the forbidden forest beyond her village, she expects danger—but not destiny. Hidden deep within the ancient woods, she discovers a man trapped in enchanted sleep: Kael, a prince from a kingdom long thought lost to time. Bound by a powerful oath to the moon, Kael sacrificed his freedom centuries ago to seal away the Nightborne—once noble warriors who fell to dark magic under the leadership of a sorceress he trusted above all others. But Elira’s touch breaks the spell. And with Kael’s awakening, the fragile seal holding back the darkness begins to crack. As whispers of the past return and monsters stir once more, the two are forced into a journey neither of them chose. In the glittering city of Astravale, fear follows Kael’s name. Old loyalties resurface. And the truth about the Nightborne—and the betrayal that destroyed a kingdom—threatens to tear open wounds that never truly healed. Yet the greatest danger is not the war returning…It is the bond forming between them. Because the Moonbound Oath was never meant to be carried alone. As shadows gather and the sorceress Nyra rises from the darkness, Elira must decide whether she is merely a witness to history—or a part of the magic that will shape its end. In a world where loyalty can become betrayal and destiny demands sacrifice, one promise beneath the moon may decide the fate of them all.
