In the greater Tokyo area, there are over 50,000 taxis in operation, serving a million customers every day. Drivers work shifts that can be as long as twenty hours, and can travel hundreds of kilometers in a single shift. It’s a harsh and thankless job, but these workers provide a vital service to keep the great city functioning. But when civilization falls, one driver is marooned far from home, with only one mission: To get back to the people they care about most. Luckily, they happen to be driving a very special taxi.
