Adrian Locke is a mid-twenties American Paramedic who is pulled into a fantasy world mid-call amidst a chaotic urban disaster. He arrives alone, finds his patient dead beside him. He has nothing but his uniform, a broken watch, a protein bar, and a receipt with a phone number written on the back by someone he cares about more than he can admit.
