Logline
A thirty-year-old structural engineer and Goju-Ryū martial artist is transmigrated into the failing body of a fourteen-year-old noble boy in a Renaissance-era fantasy world — and discovers that the greatest threat to his new life isn't magic or monsters, but compound interest and institutional corruption.
Protagonist
Idris Halyard — formerly a thirty-year-old Milanese structural engineer with a master's degree, a black belt in Okinawa Goju-Ryū, and fifteen years of real-world project experience. He awakens inside the body of the fourteen-year-old heir to a declining noble house, moments after the original Idris nearly killed himself by overdosing on Mana crystals in a desperate attempt to unlock magical ability before his father disinherited him.
Idris carries no extraordinary magical talent. What he carries is something this world has never encountered: the systematic application of physics, engineering logic, and martial discipline to problems that everyone else has outsourced to the Gilda.
His Mana, stabilised through Goju-Ryū breathing techniques on the day of his awakening, manifests not as conventional spellcasting but as structural reinforcement — the ability to pack dense, controlled energy into physical matter, amplifying precision strikes and, increasingly, the integrity of the structures he builds. His System, the Logic Optimization System, rewards not combat victories but engineering solutions, unlocking capabilities tied to design, material analysis, and construction.
