The Fox King’s VRMMO Life Ethan Fletcher looks like any other boy in the Upper Town, save for the heavy gold crown that constantly slips toward his eyebrows. But in the 15x scale RPG world of Zagreb, appearances are the least reliable stat. Ethan is a fox who has taken human form to sit on a throne of stone and code, and he is trying his absolute best to be the king his city needs. Life in Aethelgard Online's Zagreb is an endless stretch of massive boulevards and towering cathedrals that would take a human a lifetime to walk, but for Ethan, it’s just home. Being invincible doesn’t make his life any easier; it just means that when a high-level guild tries to push their way into the palace or a merchant tries to cheat the city’s trade laws, Ethan is the only one who can stand in their way. He doesn’t want to be a cold, distant ruler. He’d rather spend his afternoons exploring the hidden nooks of the city or sharing a snack with the local kids. But when ambitious rankers begin to see the young king as a weak point in the city’s defenses, Ethan has to prove them wrong. He has to balance his gentle heart and his playful fox instincts with the reality of a world that expects him to be a warrior. In a city built for giants, a small king is about to show everyone that sincerity is more powerful than any level cap, and that protecting your den is the most important quest of all.
