Operation H

The New Kingdom of Quarla is full of promises... for the ones with inner potential.  A world that holds secrets, mysteries, and a sister to recover. Hikari, nothing stands out about him. Yet he is our protagonist. We shall follow his journey, which ought to be quite interesting.  What will happen to him? Or more like, what will he do?
