Legend has it that magic fractured the lands and became outlawed. As the last of those who wielded various types of magic died out, the nations remained fractured and at odds with each other. Through political maneuvering, the only legal magic was the type that could foresee the future. The people who had this gift were called Seers. One such Seer in that era revealed that the nations will come together once more, after the birth of person referred to as the Foreseen. Almost two centuries later, she was born in the desert nation of Karlath under King Heisen's rule. The King takes in the girl, Deeja, and ensures her safety and upbringing by raising her within his palace's walls and giving her training with only the best warriors he can summon, while simultaneously shielding her from any threats of the other nations. When word reaches the young warrior about a new style of fighting called Science, she is more than eager to experience it for herself. Even if it means defying the nation that trained her to this point. What comes next is a chain of events that sets the prophecy in motion. What to Expect- Character driven, slow burn action/adventure story. - Multiple POV. - Female leads. - Low fantasy, low magic. - Minor political intrigue. - Lengthier chapters: 3-5k on average. What Not to Expect - Progression Fantasy. - Harem, or reverse harem. - Overly gruesome violence.
