In a world where elemental attunement defines everything, people are born aligned to Fire, Air, Water, or Earth. Eren Vale should not exist. Raised in the floating cities of the Air Nation, Eren lives as an outsider marked by strange anomalies: metal bends around him, lightning answers his presence, and the balance of elemental forces reacts violently whenever he loses control. His attunement, Magnetism, is considered impossible. Then the Silence Fracture shatters the stability of the world’s elemental systems. Creatures mutate. Ancient seals weaken. Entire nations begin to panic. And from the shadows emerge the Hollows—soulless beings untouched by elemental power, capable of silencing magic itself. As civilization begins to unravel, Eren finds himself tied to secrets the nations buried long ago… and to a truth that may destroy the foundation of the world itself. (2026 Writathon Winner)
