They killed him. They killed his sister. He came back. She didn't. Now Cain carries a single ability: he can force anyone into a game of chess. Three moves. Winner takes everything the loser holds dear. Loser walks away with nothing. The catch? He can see their weaknesses, fears, and secrets. They can't see his — because a dead man has nothing left to lose. One by one, he's climbing the board. Pawns. Knights. Bishops. Every piece he takes makes him stronger. Every piece brings him closer to the King who ordered the hit. But the higher he climbs, the less human he becomes. And the board never stays empty for long. A dark progression fantasy of revenge, manipulation, and forced checkmates.
