∗ ∗ ∗ I'm writing this how I want to. It's a queer fantasy travelogue. A modern mythopoesis if you will. ∗ ∗ ∗ Aoi is the Son of the Baba Yaga.Book I:HiDE, Aoi!by HerbivorePapi ∗ ∗ ∗ No system or stats. No harem. This is an extremely slow-burn, unusually character-driven fantasy. Extremely Queer, Emotional, “Alien” Protagonist. Speculative, Multicultural, Intimate, Grand Fantasy.Extreme interiority and intentional opaqueness.Queer prose and strange form, intrusive humor, social critique, thoughtful, grounded magic, folklore-inspired creatures, and experiential worldbuilding.Exposition-avoidant. Slice-of-life pacing. Mangadramatic!
