In the village of Rudveer, the River is not merely water—it is a Sovereign whose decree is absolute. In this land, life is bound by Four Sacred Rules. To defy them is to be erased; your flesh consumed, your memory turned to ash. When twilight falls, names are buried and voices are stilled, for the River listens... and the River chooses. Zafira was born into a world where neither blood nor destiny belongs to the self. She came of age watching terror masquerade as tradition, and survival demanded a price few dared to pay. But as the "Harvest" looms, the ancient foundations begin to fracture, unearthing secrets interred for centuries: Secrets of the water, Secrets of the curse, And of the blood that claims its kin. Torn between a worshipped myth and a forbidden truth—and a love that dared to bloom in the shadow of ruin—Zafira is beckoned toward a revelation she was never meant to survive. For in Rudveer, there is no salvation without sacrifice, and no passage without a fall. Whispers of the Chancelyn A haunting tale of shadowed legacy, stolen identity, and the truths that leave no heart whole.
