Penny loved stories about heroes. From knights in shining armor to superheroes saving the world, even the morally gray heroes. If there was one hero she loved above them all, it was Alex Smith from the series "Kill the Hero". The first series she ever read. But now, Penny faces a predicament. Unsure of how it came to pass, she's found herself in that world, surrounded by superpowered individuals. Not only that, but the face in the mirror belongs to one of the early villains of the series, one who suffers a brutal end. Will Penny be able to escape her fate?
